Lay on your side with one end of medium or long loop wrapped around your foot.

Step Two

Stabilize the other end in your hand on the mat.

Step Three

Begin with your knees bent.

Step Four

Lift your top leg and extend against the band.

Step Five

Hold and slowly return.
