Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp Thera-Band FlexBar with both hands, palms down and elbows bent as though about to wring-out a towel. Both hands squeeze FlexBar to hold a tight grip.

Step Two

Simultaneously perform a wringing motion – one hand moves away from body while the other moves toward. Hold 2-3sec. Slowly return to starting position (neutral). Repeat
