Exercise Instructions

Step One

Kneel over an exercise ball with your elbow on top of the ball. Secure the band or tubing underneath the ball to prevent it from moving.

Step Two

Grasp the band or tubing with your elbow straight and take up the slack.

Step Three

Bend your elbow upward. Hold and slowly return.

Tip

Keep your shoulder & elbow steady.
