Exercise Instructions

Step One

Lay on back with hips and knees flexed.

Step Two

Stretch the band over knees and cross underneath.

Step Three

Secure each end of the band under your hands with elbows extended by your side.

Step Four

Lift your knees upward, lifting your hips off the floor.

Step Five

Slowly return.
