Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp opposing edge of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing toward that hand, place two fingers at the level of the middle finger jjoints into holes of Xtrainer.
Step Three
Spread both fingers out away from each other. Hold 3-5 sec.
Step Four
Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Non-exercising hand is stabilizing the Xtrainer, NOT pulling against fingers
