Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach the tubing loops to each ankle.

Step Two

Keep one foot on the ground to stabilize. Kick the opposite leg forward, keeping your knees straight.

Step Three

Hold and slowly return. Keep your back straight. Use external support such as a sturdy chair if needed.
