Thera-Band Tubing with Cuffs Hamstring Stretch

Exercise Instructions

Step One

Attach one cuff to your foot and lay on your back.

Step Two

Grasp the other end with your hands and pull your leg upward until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings. Keep your knee straight and foot flexed toward you.

Step Three

Hold and slowly return. Repeat on other side if necessary.
