Exercise Instructions

Step One

Secure tubing in a door at waist height. Sit in chair with feet flat.

Step Two

Grasp the tubing at chest-level. Rotate your trunk away from the door, stretching the tubing.

Step Three

Be sure your shoulders and head turn together. Hold and slowly return. Progress to performing this exercise in standing.
