Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand with one foot on the middle of the tubing.
Step Two
Grasp handles with your hands at chest level and elbows bent.
Step Three
Place other leg behind with knee slightly bent.
Step Four
Keeping your trunk upright, bend your front knee, lowering the body straight down, then return to the upright position against the tubing.
Step Five
Keep your back straight; avoid rounding your back.
