Exercise Instructions

Step One

Sit on mat with legs extended forward. Securely wrap the middle of the tubing around your feet to prevent it from slipping.

Step Two

Grasp the handles with your arms extended in front of you.

Step Three

Pull the tubing toward your hips, bending your elbows.

Step Four

Hold and slowly return. Keep your knees and back straight.
