Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach one end of the band.

Step Two

Keep your feet flat on the floor and your back straight.

Step Three

Grasp the other end of the band at chest level.

Step Four

Rotate your shoulders away from the attachment, stretching the band.

Step Five

Hold and slowly return.

TIP: Avoid leaning your trunk over.
