Exercise Instructions

Step One

Sit with legs extended.

Step Two

Stretch the middle of the band around both feet.

Step Three

Grasp both ends of the bands with hands at chest.

Step Four

Lean back, stretching the band.

Step Five

Keep your lumbar spine straight by extending at the hips.

Step SIx

Slowly return.
