Exercise Instructions

Step One

Place the Stability Disc on a sturdy chair and sit on it.

Step Two

Place your hands on your hips and your feet flat on the ground.

Step Three

Rotate your hips like the face of a clock, pressing the outer rim of the disc both clockwise and counterclockwise.
