Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach the middle of a long band or tubing.

Step Two

Kneel onto one knee and grasp the ends of the bands in front of you.

Step Three

Keeping your elbows straight, pull the band outward and back.

Step Four

Hold & slowly return. Keep your back and neck straight, and avoid leaning over.
