Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach one end of the band or tubing.

Step Two

Grasp the other end of the band behind you at shoulder level.

Step Three

Keeping your elbow straight and arm parallel to the ground, pull the band forward.

Step Four

Hold & slowly return. Keep your back and neck straight, and avoid leaning over.

Variation

Perform standing
