Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand in the middle of the band.
Step Two
Cross the ends of the bands between and behind your knees.
Step Three
Wrap the ends around your knees, and cross in front of your hips.
Step Four
Grasp the bands and lift upward, keeping your elbows straight and thumbs up.
Step Five
Hold and slowly return.
VARIATION: Lift arms completely overhead for full range of motion.
TIP: Keep your shoulder blades down; avoid shrugging your shoulders. Keep your back straight.
