Exercise Instructions

Step One

Begin with one end of the band secured below waist level.

Step Two

Grasp the end the band with your elbow straight, with your hand at the opposite hip.

Step Three

Pull the band upward and away from your body. Hold & slowly return.

Step Four

Keep your back straight and your abdominals tight. Follow the motion of your hand with your eyes.
