Exercise Instructions

Step One

Stand near a wall with the Mini Ball held at shoulder level with both hands.

Step Two

Perform a push-up by leaning forward, bending your elbows while stabilizing on the ball.

Step Three

Slowly return. Be sure and keep your trunk and legs aligned throughout the movement.
