Exercise Instructions

Step One

Lay on your back with knees bent.

Step Two

Place the Mini Ball between your knees.

Step Three

Lift both knees upward, pushing the MiniBall toward the ceiling.

Step Four

Keep your shoulders and arms on the ground while lifting your buttocks.

Step Five

Hold and slowly return.
