Exercise Instructions

Step One

Loop the band around your ankles with no slack in the bands.

Step Two

Keep your knees straight and kick foward with opposite leg.

Step Three

Continue kicking without letting your kicking leg touch the ground.

Step Four

Repeat on other leg.

Step Five

Keep your back straight, and avoid bending over or slouching.
