Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand on the middle of the tubing with both feet.
Step Two
Grasp the ends of the tubing take up all the slack.
Step Three
Keep your elbows and back straight, and bend forward from the hips with your knee straight.
Step Four
Slowly return to an upright position against the tension of the tubing.
TIPS
Be sure to bend at the hips, not the back. Avoid rounding your back.
