Exercise Instructions
Step One
Stand on the middle of the tubing with both feet.
Step Two
Grasp the ends of the tubing.
Step Three
Squat down to take up all the slack.
Step Four
Keep your elbows and back straight and slowly return from the squat to an upright position against the tension of the tubing while extending your hips.
TIPS
Keep your back straight; avoid rounding your back.
