Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp Thera-Band FlexBar with hand of thumb to be exercised. All five fingers curl around the FlexBar so that outside of bent thumb is resting against FlexBar.

Step Two

Slowly push out away from fingers with outside of thumb. Thumb pad is not on FlexBar. Hold 2-3sec.

Step Three

Slowly return to starting position (neutral). Repeat.
