Exercise Instructions

Step One

Attach the cuff weight to your ankle.

Step Two

Bend your opposite knee to about 90 degrees.

Step Three

Lift your leg until it is parallel with your other thigh, keeping your knee straight.

Step Four

Hold and slowly return without letting your knee bend.
