Exercise Instructions

Step One

Place the middle of the band around the front of your head, holding each end of the band at the side of your head, near eye level.

Step Two

Keep your neck in a neutral position with the chin slightly tucked.

Step Three

Pull the ends of the band backward.

Step Four

Slowly return, and keep your neck stable.
