Exercise Instructions
Step One
Seated on the edge of a chair, anchor one end of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ in between bent knees and begin to reach arm (with forearm to be rolled) across body. Ridged roller is placed directly across outside of forearm. Wrist is bent away from body. Gently roll the Massager+ back and forth along the path of the wrist extensor muscles, controlling the depth through controlling the amount of pressure placed on the tissue. The knee anchor serves as the fulcrum for the movement. Shorter strokes and sustained pressure in this shortened position will work deeper muscle tightness and knots.
