Exercise Instructions
Step One
Kneel on the floor, with foot (of leg with calf muscles to be rolled) planted a good distance out in front of body. Front knee never bends deeper than a 90 degree angle.
Step Two
Grasp both ends of the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ so that ridged roller is positioned across the calf.
Step Three
Gently roll the Massager+ up and down along the path of the calf muscles, bending from the hips with chest lifted so as not to stress the low back.
