Exercise Instructions
Step One
Seated in a chair (or long-sitting on the floor), cross leg to be rolled over other leg. Top knee points toward the ground.
Step Two
Position the Thera-Band Roller Massager+ across the outside thigh of top leg and gently roll the Massager+ up and down the length of the IT Band.
Step Three
In general, longer strokes in this lengthened position will work more superficial layers of the tissue.
