Exercise Instructions
Step One
For the targeted release of a taut, tender, hyperirritable point (trigger point) in the calf muscles, utilize the end of the Thera-band Roller Massager+.
Step Two
Place the rounded end into the knot / tension point in the muscle and apply sustained pressure for 20-60seconds. Working at no greater than a 7 out of 10 pain level, allow the handle of the Massager+ to gently go deeper into the tissue as the trigger point releases.
Step Three
Repeat as needed.
