Exercise Instructions

Step One

Kneel on the knee of the hip to be stretched with the ball in front of your hips and stabilize with the opposite leg.

Step Two

Lean forward into the ball, extending your hip. Extend your arm overhead and lean away from the side being stretched.

Step Three

Hold and slowly release. Repeat on the opposite side.
