Exercise Instructions

Step One

Lay on ball in bridge position.

Step Two

Keep back stabilized and hips aligned with trunk.

Step Three

Slowly extend one knee.

Step Four

Be careful not to let the hips drop down.

Step Five

Slowly return to starting position.

Step Six

Repeat on other leg.
