Exercise Instructions
Step One
Find a relatively open area with a decent amount of floor space.
Step Two
Begin in sidelying with the Thera-Band Foam Roller with Wrap placed diagonally in front of hips, top thigh draped across the Roller.
Step Three
Push with bottom foot and leg to rotate toward the floor to roll the length of the adductor muscles.
Step Four
Step Continue rolling back and forth, alternating between sidelying to partial stomach-lying positions to work a continuous release of the adductors.
Step Five
Gently shift body weight to target a specific region. Slowly return to neutral.
