Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing away from body, place tip of straight thumb in an outside hole of Hand Xtrainer.
Step Three
Slowly pull straight back with stabilizing hand, to pull fingers and hand toward the ceiling. Stretch only to the point of pull, not pain.
Step Four
Hold 30sec. Slowly return to starting position.
Step Five
Repeat.
TIP: Adjust finger placement and/or amount of pull to increase or decrease stretch.
