Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing away from body, place tip of straight thumb in an outside hole of Hand Xtrainer.
Step Three
Slowly push against Xtrainer to bring thumb tip diagonally across hand to meet pinkie tip.
Step Four
Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position.
Step Five
Repeat.
TIP: Allow pinkie to naturally move in toward center of hand to meet thumb tip.
