Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand. With palm facing away from body, place tip of straight thumb in an outside hole of Hand Xtrainer.
Step Two
Slowly bend thumb in toward center of hand allowing other fingers to slightly bend. Hold 3-5 sec.
Step Three
Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Thumb knuckle only flexes
