Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp bottom of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing away from body, place tip of bent thumb in an outside hole of the Hand Xtrainer. Slowly push thumb nail-bed up against Hand Xtrainer to a straight position.
Step Three
Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: Fingers and hand will naturally extend alongside thumb.
