Exercise Instructions
Step One
Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.
Step Two
With palm facing away from body, place tip of straight thumb in an outside hole of Hand Xtrainer.
Step Three
Slowly pull straight out to the side to stretch thumb adductor and flexor muscles. Stretch only to the point of pull, not pain.
Step Four
Hold 30sec. Slowly return to starting position.
Step Five
Repeat.
TIP: Make sure to keep wrist, hand and fingers as neutral as possible to allow stretch to focus in on thumb muscles.
