Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.

Step Two

With palm facing away from body, place four fingers in the holes of the Xtrainer, up to the level of the middle finger joints. Keep fingers straight and bend knuckles to push down against the Xtrainer.

Step Three

Hold 3-5 sec. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.
