Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp bottom of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.

Step Two

With palm facing away from body, place four straight fingers in the holes of the Xtrainer, up to the level of the middle finger joints.

Step Three

Straighten knuckles to push up against Xtrainer to fully extend hand. Hold 3-5 sec.

Step Four

Slowly return to starting position. Repeat. TIP: As fingers extend, allow slight wrist and thumb extension.
