Exercise Instructions

Step One

Grasp top of Hand Xtrainer with fingers of non-exercising hand.

Step Two

With palm facing away from body, place fingertip of finger to be stretched in one of the Hand Xtrainer holes.

Step Three

Slowly pull straight back with stabilizing hand, to pull finger toward the ceiling.

Step Four

Stretch only to the point of pull, not pain. Hold 30sec.

Step Five

Slowly return to starting position. Repeat.

TIP: Make sure to keep wrist and hand as neutral as possible to allow stretch to focus in on finger flexors.
