Exercise Instructions
Step One
Place all five fingers in outside holes of the Xtrainer, at the middle finger joints.
Step Two
In a controlled slow fashion, straighten fingers out and away from each other.
Step Three
Hold fingers in a fully extended and abducted position for 3-5 sec.
Step Four
Slowly return to starting position.
Step Five
Repeat.
TIP: Allow wrist to slightly extend in with the fingers
