Exercise Instructions
Step One
Begin by placing your hand a desired loop and then place your other hand approximately 2 loops away from your first hand.
Step Two
Place the CLX around the top of your head in line with your ears. Hold arms in front of you at eye level with elbows bent at 90 degrees keeping slight tension on your CLX.
Step Three
Keeping your neck in a neutral position and chin slightly tucked in to stabilize, extend your elbows until your arms are straight in front of you.
Step Four
Hold briefly and slowly return to your starting position.
