Dr. Jay Greenstein, DC, CCSP

About the Instructors:


Timothy F Tyler MS, PT, ATC has been working in sports medicine for the last 25 years. In 1989 he graduated from Southern Connecticut State University and started working as an athletic trainer. After receiving a Masters in physical therapy from Long Island University he started as a staff physical therapist at the Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma at Lenox Hill Hospital shortly thereafter he was promoted to Clinical Research Associate where he remains on staff as a consultant. In 2001 he started a private practice in Scarsdale, NY named PRO Sports Physical Therapy of Westchester. In addition, he works as an athletic trainer at Scarsdale High School. He is a member of the APTA, AOSSM, NATA, ICCUS, ASSET and serves on the Editorial Board of The Journal of Sport Rehabilitation and The International Journal of Sports Physical Therapy. He has published over 50 articles in peer review sports medicine journals along with writing 30 book chapters. In 2010 he was the first to be president of the Sports Physical Therapy Section and the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists in the same year.


Dr. Greenstein is the CEO of Sport and Spine Rehab (two-time Inc.500 list), Sport and Spine Athletics, President of the Sport and Spine Rehab Clinical Research Foundation, and CEO of Kaizenovation Consulting, a leading-edge firm to help doctors and a wide variety of companies to improve their organizational performance. He was Chiropractor of the Year in 2010 for the Virginia Chiropractic Association. Dr. Greenstein was the Chef de Mission responsible for running the Chiropractic Sports Clinic at the World Olympians Association Reunion Center at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He served on the research and finance committees for the Federation of International Chiropractic Sportive (FCIS) from 2011-2014. In 202, he was selected to the state of Maryland Governor’s Office for Healthcare Reform Essential Benefits Advisory Committee. Currently, Dr. Greenstein, is is Chairman for the Council for Chiropractic Guidelines and Practice Parameters (CCGPP), is the Government Relations Chairman for the Chiropractic Summit, and is the FICS World Olympians Scholarship Program Chairman. Dr Greenstein has been the official chiropractor for the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders since 1997, and is the official chiropractor for the Washington Valor, DC’s Arena Football League team. Dr. Greenstein is a sought out internationship speaker and consultant, teaching clinical guidelines, evidence based leadership, and the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). Dr. Greenstein sits on multiple community and business advisory boards in healthcare and technology. He has been a television media guest on ABC, FOX and CBS.
