About the Instructors
Russ Paine, PT
Russ Paine’s career in sports medicine includes being a rehabilitation consultant to the Houston Astros, Houston Rockets, & NASA. Currently the Director of Sports Medicine Rehabilitation at UT Physicians, he continues his research & education while maintaining a clinical practice with many professional athletes. Russ also serves on the planning committee of the AASPT, is a founding member of the ICCUS society, & is a member of the AOSSM. He received the Career Service Award from the American Sports Medicine Institute in 2009 & was inducted into the Sports Physical Therapy Hall of Fame in 2018. Russ is a founding member & clinical advisor to mTrigger.
Kevin Wilk, PT, DPT, FAPTA
Dr. Kevin Wilk has led a distinguished career as a clinical physical therapist for the past 33 years, as a leading authority in rehabilitation of sports injuries & orthopedic lesions. He has made significant contributions to laboratory research, biomechanical research & clinical outcome studies.
Amy Lalime
Amy Lalime graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Delaware in 2015 in marketing, with minors in cognitive science, psychology, & advertising. She began as the business lead on the mTrigger team, later taking the role of Product & Marketing Manager. She has led the commercialization & launch of the mTrigger Biofeedback System, & continues to work closely with mTrigger’s co-founders & development partners to guide the business forward.
