Exercise Instructions

Step One

Secure one end of the band or tubing securely to a stationary object, and attach the other end to the Sports Handle.

Step Two

With your elbow bent, stabilize your forearm on your thigh. Grasp the Sports Handle with palm up.

Step Three

Turn your wrist downward, hold and slowly return.

Tip:

Keep your elbow in one position during the exercise
