Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach the tubing loops to each ankle. Keep one foot on the ground to stabilize.

Step Two

Slowly lift your opposite leg upward until your upper thigh is parallel with the ground.

Step Three

Hold and slowly return. Keep your back straight. Use external support such as a sturdy chair if needed.
