Exercise Instructions

Step One

Securely attach the tubing loops to each ankle. Begin in a partial squat position by bending knees and hips.

Step Two

Keep one foot on the ground while extending the opposite leg outward and back, simulating skating. Slowly return and repeat on opposite side.
