Thera-Band Tubing Squat

Exercise Instructions

Step One

Stand on the middle of the tubing with feet shoulder-width apart.

Step Two

Grasp the handles at your hips. Slowly bend your knees, dropping your rear toward the floor.

Step Three

Don’t let your knees bend past 90 degrees.

Step Four

Keep your back straight and keep your hands in the same position throughout the exercise.
