Exercise Instructions

Step One

Attach the ends of a long band securely just below shoulder level.

Step Two

Facing the attachment, stand inside the loop with the band over your shoulder blades and around your upper arms.

Step Three

Cross your arms in front, and slightly bend forward at the waist, keeping your back straight.

Step Four

Rotate your trunk and hips.

Step Five

Slowly return and repeat in opposite direction.
