Exercise Instructions

Step One

Sit with the Stability Disc under your hips, with your knees bent.

Step Two

Lean your trunk backward, contracting your abdominals. Raise one hand out to the side without rotating your trunk and return arm to your side.

Step Three

Slowly repeat with opposite arm.
